I work from my home in Pontyclun, South Wales, designing and creating personalised cakes and cupcakes for all occasions.

CakeMAD is a fully registered business with a 5 star food hygiene rating.

All cakes are bespoke, and made from scratch in my own kitchen. Most commonly requested cake flavours are as below, though others will be considered.  Gluten free and dairy free alternatives are available

Vanilla sponge, with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam filling

Chocolate sponge, filled with chocolate buttercream

Lemon sponge, with lemon buttercream and lemon curd filling

Rich fruit cake laced with brandy – may need extra notice, to mature

Boiled fruit cake – a lighter alternative to my rich fruit cake
